Who may create a 30jilli account — age requirements (21+), Philippine law compliance, identification obligations, and restrictions on multiple accounts.
Accepted payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — processing times, limits, currency (PHP), and KYC requirements before payouts.
How bonus offers are awarded, the wagering requirements that apply, time limits, game restrictions, and the conditions under which bonuses may be forfeited.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 30jilli ("we," "us," "the Platform," "30jilli"). By registering an account, depositing funds, or accessing any game or service on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. By accessing, registering on, or using the 30jilli Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and 30jilli.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting our support team. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: In accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and engage in any real-money gaming activity on 30jilli. 30jilli strictly enforces this requirement through KYC verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be permanently closed and all funds returned to the originating payment source.
In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to use 30jilli you must:
30jilli reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to 30jilli's reasonable satisfaction.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the 30jilli Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether identified by the same email address, mobile number, payment instrument, IP address, or device — are strictly prohibited. 30jilli reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts and void any winnings derived from or associated with duplicate accounts.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, current residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Before 30jilli can process any withdrawal from your Account, you must complete our KYC verification process. This requires the submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document — acceptable documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID card, or PhilSys National ID. 30jilli may request additional documentation at any time to meet ongoing regulatory obligations. KYC documents are processed within 24 hours on business days.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 30jilli will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You agree to:
30jilli shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Transactions completed using your correct login credentials are presumed to have been authorised by you unless you have reported a security breach to us in writing prior to the transaction occurring.
All deposits to your 30jilli Wallet must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your Wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are typically credited within 15–30 minutes during standard banking hours, subject to the processing schedules of the respective financial institution.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. 30jilli reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players may also set voluntary personal deposit limits through their Account settings as part of the responsible gaming framework.
All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name. Any deposit made using a payment instrument belonging to a third party will be returned to the originating source, and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your KYC verification is complete. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account in your own name. 30jilli does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within 2–6 hours during standard banking hours. Large-value withdrawals may require additional verification; the 30jilli team handles these as a priority case.
Before a withdrawal request will be approved, the following conditions must be satisfied:
30jilli reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other potential violation of these Terms.
30jilli offers various promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, and loyalty program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional communication in addition to these General Terms.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotional terms, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotional terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.
30jilli monitors all accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure; wagering on excluded games; creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; and collusion between players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, 30jilli reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the Account.
30jilli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus will have its terms honoured as stated at the time of acceptance, provided no abuse is identified.
Each game available on the 30jilli Platform is governed by its own game-specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.
All non-live games on 30jilli use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are published and reflect the game configuration active on the Platform.
In the event of a disconnection during a live dealer game or an incomplete RNG game round, 30jilli's system will attempt to resolve the round according to the game's pre-established disconnection rules. Where a technical fault is confirmed to have affected a game outcome adversely, 30jilli will refund the affected stake to the Player's Wallet.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including: technical malfunction affecting the game's integrity; clear and demonstrable pricing errors in sports betting odds; regulatory instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority. In all cases of void bets, the original stake is returned to the Player's Wallet.
Violation of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds held in the Account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 30jilli Platform:
30jilli is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Available tools include: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; loss limits per session; cooling-off periods (ranging from 24 hours to 90 days); and permanent self-exclusion. Once set, deposit limits and self-exclusion can only be increased or reversed after a mandatory cooling-off period.
Players who wish to take an extended break from gambling may activate self-exclusion through their Account Settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is applied immediately and prevents any login, deposit, or betting activity for the selected duration. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible. During any period of self-exclusion, 30jilli will make reasonable efforts to prevent the Player from receiving marketing communications.
30jilli enforces the 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC verification. We encourage parents and guardians to use device-level parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. Any Player who suspects that a minor may have accessed a 30jilli Account must contact our support team immediately.
All content on the 30jilli Platform — including but not limited to software, games, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, graphics, images, sound, and video — is owned by or licensed to 30jilli and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 30jilli. Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in account suspension and legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 30jilli's total liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
30jilli shall not be liable for: indirect, consequential, or incidental damages; loss of profits or anticipated savings; loss of data; or loss of opportunity, whether or not 30jilli has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 30jilli's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 30jilli takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In the event of a dispute relating to a game outcome, transaction, or any aspect of the Platform's operation, Players must first raise the matter with 30jilli's customer support team via the live chat function or by email to the address published in the Contact section of the Platform.
30jilli will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through internal processes, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR, whose regulatory jurisdiction governs 30jilli's operations. PAGCOR's determination in relation to regulated matters shall be final and binding.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
30jilli reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Funds held in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after any applicable verification steps are completed.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in relation to any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
30jilli operates within the regulatory framework of PAGCOR. Nothing in these Terms affects the statutory rights of Philippine consumers as provided under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
